Rhythm reaches first
Music often arrives before words do. Our sessions use rhythm, repetition and instruments a child can hold to open up communication, turn-taking and joy without asking anyone to speak.
Every event keeps house lights up, caps the volume, hands out ear defenders at the door and keeps a quiet room open the whole time. Dancing, stimming, humming and lying on the floor are all fine here.
What we host
Weekly circles where every child sets the tempo and nobody has to keep time with anyone else.
Local musicians play short sets with the lights up, free movement and space to step out and come back.
Saturday mornings of familiar songs, visual lyric boards and instruments siblings can join in on.
