This policy explains what information Gentle Wonders Foundation collects when you visit our site, donate, subscribe to our newsletter or register for programs, and how we protect it. We treat the privacy of the families we serve as part of our mission.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to share: your name and email when you subscribe to updates, contact and payment details when you donate, and registration details when you sign a child up for a program. We also collect basic, anonymized site analytics to understand how the site is used.
Children's privacy
Program registrations are completed by parents or legal guardians. We never collect information directly from children, and we never publish a child's name, photo or story without written consent from a guardian. Research data is anonymized before it is studied or shared.
How we use your information
We use your information to process donations and issue receipts, run our programs safely, send the updates you asked for, and improve this site. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Ever.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only with the trusted providers who help us operate: payment processors, email delivery services and event registration tools. Each is bound to use your data solely to provide their service to us.
