About Gentle Wonders
Gentle Wonders Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Aventura, Florida. Our mission and vision is to create common unity — community, inclusion and support for the autism world through research, advocacy, quality of life and resource rooms to navigate the system, with emphasis on families of veterans, first responders (police, firefighters, EMS) and the indigent. Content on this site is provided for general information and is not medical, legal or clinical advice.
Donations
Donations made through this site are voluntary contributions to Gentle Wonders Foundation. Unless you specify otherwise, gifts are unrestricted and support the programs where the need is greatest. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and a receipt is issued for every gift. Refund requests may be sent to our team within 30 days of the transaction.
Program and event participation
Registration for resource rooms and event days may require a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian. Participants agree to follow the safety guidelines shared at each venue. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events when needed for safety or weather.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use our content or branding without written permission. The Gentle Wonders name, logo and materials belong to the Foundation.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gentle Wonders Foundation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
